Real Estate has been in the family business since I was a child growing up in the San Gabriel Valley working in my uncle’s real estate office. With native fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English, I live, work, and serve in the community where I was born and raised.

Licensed for over 17 years AND serving as the marketing director for senior assisted living facilities for more than a decade as well as being a hospital liaison for hospice for another handful of years, I’ve developed specialization not only in luxury homes but also being patient and trustworthy in helping seniors find their most ideal living situation.

Additionally, my expertise includes helping with senior tax matters, help planning trusts, downsizing/upsizing, financing options, probate and assisting with ‘aging in place.’

I not only understand the clients whom have made me their focus, but I truly care for them and became their advocate, translator, and trusted friend as I navigate the often bumping road to their new home.
